RETURN

Can I do a return or exchange my order?
Please set up your return as soon as you’ve had a chance to try your shoes on.
Once that’s done, the return label will be good through 7 DAYS of delivery date.
Return/exchange will not be accepted after 7 days. 
(Terms and condition applied, please refer to the Return/Exchange Policy for more information.)
If your case is unclear you may contact us and we will review it on a case by case basis and attend to you as soon as possible.
How can I proceed with the return or exchange?
In the event that all the criteria for the Return/Exchange (Please refer to the Return/Exchange policy) are met you may proceed to mail us back the shoes. 
Please refer to the instruction of mailing the shoes back under the Return/Exchange policy.
Will be charge for the return or exchange delivery fee?
If the issue arise for the return or exchange is due to manufacturing or our management issue e.g Delivery of wrong size or colour etc. 
The cost of exchange or return is borne by COCORO.
Do note that ONLY ONE TIME Free return/exchange is allowed for each purchase.

Do you ship oversea?
Yes we do but not to all countries right now.
Please find the list of countries that we ship to and the delivery rates and duration in the list in the following.
Malaysia/Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Brunei/Philippines/Australia
*Postage fees varies between countries.
*Import tax is not included. Customer will need to pay upon receiving the parcel.
*We only able to deliver in the countries below.
How long do you take to deliver domestically?
We offer free local delivery with registered post.
It would normally take 2 to 4 working days.
If you have a special request for the delivery date, you may leave a remarks upon your purchase.
Do note that we cannot accommodate to your delivery request that is beyond 10 days.
A link for the tracking of your parcel will be provided upon your successful transaction with us.
What happens if the shoes I would like to order are out of stock?
You may contact us via our customer service hotline.
We will gladly assist you from there.

Are COCORO shoes made of genuine leather?
No, our shoes are mainly made of synthetic leather, micro fiber leather or water resistant fabric.
The quality if the materials we use are all made in japan with good grade quality and technology.
We are also happy to share that our shoes are animal cruelty free.
Are COCORO shoes waterproof?
Some of our shoes collections are waterproof.
( Do check the product description for the waterproof feature )
However, most of our collections are not waterproof but they mostly water resistant.
How do I know shoe size for COCORO shoes?
You may refer to the shoe chart for a refence of your sizing.
