At COCORO, We provide FREE Standard delivery on regular priced items to any address within Singapore.
However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
On the global front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.

Upon entering your delivery details, we will be auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse.
This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order.
An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

Local delivering is FREE for all orders and it takes approximately 2-4 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.
You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, NINJA VAN or Q express, with your order number.
Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
However rest assured that your order is safely on its way and you may track its status at DHL or Singpost.

1-1 We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not.
For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
All items must be in their original packaging with product.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole.
Originals receipts would need to be included.
All items would need to be purchased originally from Singapore.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail outlets or via our online portal.
1-2 Return or exchange for design is allowed only at our stores with the same amount.
Otherwise customer will have to top up the difference.
1-3 Refunds are only for manufacturing fault.
Refunds will be either in credit vouchers form or you shall be refunded by your original payment mode.

All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singapore orders, and 20 days for overseas orders.
Shipping fees for all overseas exchange for both ways will be fully incurred by customer.
All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at for both local and overseas deliveries.

3-1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
3-2 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
3-3 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.
Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
3-4 All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only.
Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 60 days and can be used for your next purchase online.
It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for outlet vouchers.
The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used is our retail outlets.
3-5 Online Store Credit Voucher are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
3-6 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the products as stated in the original invoice.
No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanges items.
3-7 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, COCORO will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.
Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavor to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of
3-8 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
