RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At COCORO, we provide FREE standard delivery for all regular-priced items to any address within Singapore.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, naval ports, and Jurong Island.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon payment confirmation from our warehouse.

Please note that processing and delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, or delays in packing and dispatching.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been successfully received.

3. SINGAPORE DELIVERIES

Local delivery is FREE for all orders and typically takes approximately 2–4 working days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. You may track your delivery status using the provided tracking number via the courier service, J&T Express.

Please ensure that your contact number is provided during checkout so the courier company can reach you in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.


4. OVER SEA DELIVERIES

For international deliveries, we currently ship exclusively to Malaysia. Delivery timelines may vary depending on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

Rest assured that your order will be safely shipped, and you may track its delivery status using the tracking code provided.

Please note that any import taxes or duties incurred will be borne by the recipient.

1. One-Time Exchange
We are pleased to offer a one-time exchange, subject to the following conditions, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if the item does not fit as expected:
• Original packaging with all accessories, tags, and complimentary items (if any) included.
• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original resaleable condition.
• No scuff marks on the outsole.
• The original receipt for in-store purchases.
We regret that we will be unable to process any exchange or refund request if any of the above conditions are not met, even if the item(s) have been returned to us.

2. Exchanges for Different Designs
Exchanges for a different design are only available at our retail stores.
Customers may exchange for an item of equal or higher value.
If the selected item is of a higher value, the price difference must be topped up.
If the selected item is of a lower value, the balance amount will be forfeited and will not be refundable in cash, credit, or voucher form.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item received is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped, COCORO will bear the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally applicable only for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects or where an appropriate replacement cannot be provided.
Refund requests for non-defective items may be considered on a case-by-case basis at COCORO’s discretion.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible. In certain cases, store credit vouchers may be provided at COCORO’s discretion.
The refund processing period is generally within 5 working days upon receipt of the returned parcel. For refunds made via the original payment method, the processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Validity for Returns & Exchanges
Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within:
• 10 days from the invoice date for Singapore orders; and
• 20 days from the invoice date for overseas orders.
For overseas exchanges, all shipping costs for both return and re-delivery will be fully borne by the customer.

6. Other Terms & Conditions
i. All returned or exchanged items are eligible for exchange only ONCE.
ii. All clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable at both our retail outlets and online store.
iii. All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of the returned item(s) and compliance with this policy.
iv. We reserve the right to disqualify customers from enjoying free return privileges if repeated exchanges involve the same item(s).
v. Except as required under applicable consumer protection laws, COCORO does not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in this policy, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, product quality, compliance with description, or fitness for a particular purpose.
vi. Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
vii. All returns and exchanges are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore (“CPFTA”).
viii. COCORO reserves the right to assess and determine all return and exchange requests in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
ix. Items purchased during promotional campaigns, bundle offers, or with discount codes may be subject to separate exchange and return conditions.
